How to build a quality steel bicycle!
Dream Cycle specializes in classically designed, custom assembled as well as hand crafted, steel bicycle frames. While we certainly can, and do, create custom bicycles, we always enjoy being pleasantly surprised by the amazing bikes designed by you- our customers!
How does this work, you ask? We prefer to deal with our customers face to face. Initial meetings happen in the store to provide you with a look at how our operation works, plus you get to check out some of the sample bikes we’ve built. If we've impressed you, inquire about a quote and set up a consultation. During the consult we talk about your existing bike, your likes and dislikes, and, of course, some of the things you’d like your next bike to do for you.
Our approach helps us design a better bike that is suited to your needs. This requires some homework on your part. Tell us about the sort of handlebar you’d like, the type of saddle and pedals you’d prefer. If you're not sure about a part or what it's called, don’t worry! Our job is to offer detailed, expert advice on what would work best for you. The more specific you can be, the better. Then we put all these details together and e-mail you an accurate quote.
